Day 3

There were two things that worried me a bit on Tuesday morning: the pressure lumps Juniblest had on his back when he went to bed the night before and the fact that I didn't know where we would stay.
The first problem sorted itself out - the lumps were gone in the morning =) Now all I had to do was find an alternative way of doing things i.e. Tuesday was leading day with the bags in the middle of the saddle and me walking next to my ponyboy.
And Sally, the star, called a friend in Enford who has a very nice mum and a farm so suddenly we had accommodation sorted too - yay!

We walked and we walked and we walked. For hours! Past Stonehenge, over lots of field and across a military training area where they blow up things for fun. In the end we got there and again lucky me got a bed and food and a shower - and my clothes washed and dried! Juniblest got a field with lots of grass and was rather happy all night =)

Remember that we're fundraising for Riding for the Disabled Association (www.justgiving.com/ponytriprda) and World Horse Welfare (www.justgiving.com/ponytrip). Any donations are much appreciated =)

Juniblest saying hi to the scary model horse on the RDA centre. This one frightened him a lot Monday night, but on Tuesday morning he neighed at it and seemed to want to cuddle it all day...

The long and windy roaaaaad....

Stonehenge!

Juniblest is reading about the Stonehenge Estate...

Juniblest is wondering: "What's the meaning of Stonehenge?" (Funny video if you follow the link)

Someone's happy horses won't have to have anything to do with war anymore =)

Stay tuned!
